Ritual Bells, Global Gongs
A special concert under the title Ritual Bells, Global Gongs.
This theatrical concert is a sung narration that reflects the historical relationship between the Netherlands and Indonesia from different angles.
The performers include the gamelan orchestra Ensemble Multifoon and the choir Neon;
The whole is conducted by the Utrecht conductor Fokko Oldenhuis (also one of the artistic advisors of the Nicolai concerts).
